Service Agreements
Your office equipment is vital to your daily operation and equally as important to the success of your organization. That’s why it's so important to make sure your office equipment is maintained properly, by trained personnel who know your equipment and how to fix it right.

At Stone's Office Equipment, we pride ourselves on service. Our motto is simple: Service is carved in stone, because Stone’s was carved from service! We began as a service company and believe the difference between Stone’s and our competitors today is our Service. We’ll respond fast and fix it right! That’s a promise.

We offer several different types of service agreements to allow your office complete flexibility:

Our goal is to enable you to optimize the value of your copier, printing or fax system. We can provide the level of long-term service that best fits your budget and needs.
Maintenance Agreements can be tailored to your individual needs.
Purchasing options can be paid yearly, quarterly or monthly.
Supplies are included in Service Plan Plus (SPP) and Cost Per Copy (CPC). Paper and staples are excluded.
There are 3 different types of maintenance agreements on connected equipment.
A. Traditional Walkup Functionality Maintenance Agreement:We provide service, supplies, parts and travel to guarantee an excellent quality copy is made when the print button is pushed from the walkup copier function. (No network related labor, hardware or software is included.)
For networked printing systems:
B. Copier Network Hardware Maintenance Agreement: covers all the related hardware that has been added to the basic digital copier/printer to enable it to be a networked printer. This covers the replacement of hardware & labor directly related to any hardware that is attached to our device.
C. Pre-purchased Blocks of Labor can be purchased at a discounted rate. Our certified computer and network professionals are available to help solve most networking or computer problems that are related to our installed devices. These labor hours are traditionally used for networking problems, modifications needed after the change of applications or operating systems, movement of computer systems, or any other network related problems.
