In the proposed USPS 2020 rate case, there are no price increases to First-Class Mail Letters and Flats (up to 1 oz.) and no change to postcards.  Overall, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express will increase by 4.1% and 3.5% respectively, but those increases vary by Retail/Commercial, zone, and weight.  Below, we’ve shared a link to the U. Save Money with Postage Metered Mail

There is no increase in First-Class Mail Letters (1 oz.). Stamps will remain at $0.55, and you will continue to automatically save 5¢ on every letter with the Metered Mail rate. The additional ounce cost also will not change and remains at $0.15. The proposed rate for First-Class Mail Flats/Large Envelopes also remains at $1.00 (1 oz.). The additional ounce cost for First-Class Mail Flats increases from $0.15 to $0.20. Postcards also are not increasing and will continue to be $0.35 in 2020.
