Scenario

The college was at lease end with Xerox and had heard of Stone’s by word of mouth in Fredericksburg. After a discovery meeting with them, the Stone’s team met together to come up with a similar solution utilizing Sharp (same speed and functions) devices. Our solution also managed to reduce their output device costs by nearly 3 times that of their current spend with Xerox. Stone’s is also providing faster, more efficient service; thus, reducing excessive service response time they had with their previous vendor which could leave them waiting days for a service call to be completed.
