Stone’s Puts the Customer First — and we’ve got the data to prove it.

We pay very close attention to customer satisfaction, because making our customers’ lives easier IS the heart of our business. We do this the old fashioned way—by talking to our customers—but we also like hard data.

Our favorite metric is a Net Promoter Score, which is currently the best available method for measuring customer satisfaction. We check on our score every month just to make sure we’re doing our jobs well.

Anyway, we don’t like to brag, but we scored a perfect 100% this July, which means Stone’s Office Equipment ranked #1 in customer satisfaction among US and Canadian copier dealers.
